Corned Beef Bagel Dip

  • 1 (16 oz) tub of sour cream
  • 1 (30 oz) jar real mayonnaise
  • 2-3 tbsp dried onion flakes
  • 2 tsp dill weed or to taste
  • 1 lb deli corned beef, cut into small pieces
  • about 3-4 pkgs of bagels, any flavor
  1. Combine all ingredients
  2. Chill dip for at least 2 hours before serving
  3. Serve with cut up bagels



My Thoughts:

    This recipe makes A LOT of dip so it is great for holidays and big get together. You can also change the spices to the desire of your own palate. But I do highly recommend splurging and buying the corned beef from the deli counter at your local grocery store; it really does make all the difference in the end product.
